Direct access

With Concierge, you carry Dr. Sharma’s direct line: phone and secure messaging, including after hours. For urgent, non-emergency concerns, we aim to respond within 12 hours. Calls not answered live go to voicemail. As a solo physician, when Dr. Sharma is away we will direct you to urgent care. In an emergency, call 911.

Unhurried visits

Time to actually talk. Your first Concierge visit is in person and typically runs 60 to 90 minutes, and Concierge follow-up visits are scheduled for up to an hour. Telemedicine available when appropriate.
