About the practice.
Vikram Sharma, M.D. is a solo-physician concierge primary-care practice serving the East Bay. The practice operates on a direct-pay membership model and does not bill commercial insurance for primary-care services.
The practice is launching with two limited founding cohorts at permanently locked rates. After the founding cohorts, the rate increases. The founding model is designed to cap the panel in the hundreds of members, not thousands, so that every visit is with Dr. Sharma, and your messages are answered by the doctor who knows you.
The clinical scope includes comprehensive adult primary care, chronic disease management, mental health support and medication management, medical weight management with FDA-approved GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate, menopause hormone care, ED treatment, men’s hair loss treatment, prescription dermatology, and specialist and hospital coordination through a curated East Bay referral network.
