A reservation is administrative; it does not establish a physician-patient relationship. The practice opens Fall 2026; no payment is taken to reserve a founding spot. Your direct line stays active for the duration of your membership.

GLP-1 weight loss and menopause hormone care. Your protocol, built from your labs
First 10 members
Initial evaluation $149, credited toward your first month.
- The GLP-1 Weight Program: Wegovy and Zepbound, FDA-approved only
- The Estrogen & Menopause Program, for women
- Labs, careful dosing, follow-up visits, and messages answered by Dr. Sharma during office hours
- Not primary care: you keep your current PCP, or add everything with Concierge
One flat fee. No copays, no deductibles, no insurance billing for visits.

Membership is not health insurance, is not a health care service plan, and is not a substitute for health coverage. The membership fee pays for access to and availability of care at this practice; medication and outside services are billed separately. Membership is month-to-month, and you may cancel at any time. Concierge members use Dr. Sharma’s direct line, any hour. For Metabolic & Hormone members, routine messages are answered the same business day, and an after-hours protocol covers urgent medication concerns. In an emergency, call 911 first.
