- Typically same or next business day appointments, and visits scheduled for up to an hour

- The Annual: typically a ninety-minute exam, lab review, and written plan
An introductory conversation does not establish a physician-patient relationship. No payment is taken to book one. Your direct line stays active for the duration of your membership.
Menopause and Hormone Care Membership
Menopause hormone care for women.

- The Estrogen & Menopause Program, for women
- Lab review, careful dosing, follow-up visits, and messages answered by Dr. Sharma during office hours
- Not primary care: you keep your current PCP, or add everything with Concierge
Weight Management Membership
Physician-managed GLP-1 weight loss

- The GLP-1 Weight Program: Wegovy and Zepbound, FDA-approved only
- Lab review, careful dosing, follow-up visits, and messages answered by Dr. Sharma during office hours
- Not primary care: you keep your current PCP, or add everything with Concierge

What happens after hours?
Concierge members have Dr. Sharma’s direct line, including after hours; calls not answered live go to voicemail. For Menopause and Hormone Care and Weight Management members, messages are answered during business hours. For urgent concerns outside business hours, please contact your primary care physician or an urgent care center. In an emergency, call 911.
What happens when the founding spots fill?
Founding rates are locked while your membership stays continuously active; the rate increases as each founding cohort fills.
Can I switch between memberships?
Yes. Menopause and Hormone Care and Weight Management members can move up to Concierge whenever a spot is open, and the transition is seamless: same physician, same records, more scope.
Do I still need my insurance?
Yes, keep it. Concierge covers your primary care here; Menopause and Hormone Care and Weight Management cover your menopause or weight care here. Whichever you choose, insurance still covers hospitalizations, specialists, imaging, and labs.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month-to-month, no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive your notice, and any fee paid for days after that is refunded.
